But learning can be dreary. The NLP practitioner who advises me during our business coaching sessions is always asking me questions that highlight the necessity for being self-motivated.
So what is the power that drives the exceptional people who achieve much more than the average individual? It has got to be something that comes from inside them. Somewhere within them they've a generator that sparks the energy that drives them.
Watch closely whenever you are near to a high achiever or when you see a person of this kind on the telly and you will notice the additional energy that they have. And when you watch closely you will see that they also have the power to get worked up. They use that excitement to create passion for what they are doing. It's that passion that they use to drive their own efforts.
But keenness has another great benefit for high achievers, you see eagerness is very contagious. When you spend time with a very excited person you catch some of their excitement and realize that you want to share in their dreams.
Hence highly enthusiastic people not only have the keenness to learn and to rise up to excellence in everything they do, but they also have the capability to draw other people to them to help in the achievement of their dreams. Isn't it time that you started to let your enthusiasm go?
